Overnight Oats Recipe
This is my go to recipe for family breakfast everyday. It’s super quick and easy to make, absolutely packed full of goodness and everyone can help themselves as they please. What even better is they can add their own selection of toppings or if they are in a hurry just eat it as it. It’s a total game changer in the mornings and been a staple breakfast for the kids for as long as I can remember. Hope you enjoy it as much as we do ♥️
2 x cups jumbo oats
1 x cup Greek yogurt
2 x cups milk of choice (I love oat)
2 x pinch sea salt
1 x tbsp chia seeds
1 x tbsp flax seed
2 x tbsp goji berries
Drizzle of maple syrup or honey
Few drops vanilla extract
Mix all together and leave in the fridge overnight.
