A yoga teacher & wellness expert

Other than my children yoga is the single most life enhancing experience I have had the privilege of practicing. It is something I do everyday on AND off my mat. Over the years I have learnt that yoga is so much more than the physical practice (asanas) and is really more about how we choose to show up for ourselves and in turn the people around us each day.

But we all start somewhere and the asanas are very often how most of us come to find yoga. Whether the motivation is to get fitter, stronger, more flexible or often to help alleviate health issues from physical ones to the more unseen anxiety and depression. Most of the yogis I know started with a very physical practice and overtime as they learned to still their minds from doing these practices other amazing things start to happen. This is the magic of yoga and this is what I am so passionate to share with my students.

My belief is we all have the capability to not only be physically well but also mentally and live our lives being present and feeling genuinely fulfilled.
