Most clients prefer o have 1-1’s in the comfort of their own home provided they have a suitable space.

The great thing about yoga is that you only need enough space for your matt with a 1m area around the edge.

Group classes are typically 1 hour long unless stated on the class description. However 1-1 and online classes can be for as long as you wish.

Yoga is great not just for your body but also your mind and soul. It helps to teach us control of our emotions and reactions to situations and can be the catalyst to finding true peace within yourself and life. It does also help to keep our bodies strong and flexible. It really is the most life changing practice I have personally found.

There are Eight Limbs also know as practices within yoga and the Asana’s are one of these practices. The Asana’s are the physical postures which yoga has become well know for in the Western world. However the other 7 limbs of yoga are equally important and something Chloe feels passionate about sharing with her students.

  • YAMA – Restraints, moral disciplines or moral vows.
  • NIYAMA – Positive duties or observances.
  • ASANA – Posture.
  • PRANAYAMA – Breathing Techniques.
  • PRATYAHARA – Turning Inwards.
  • DHARANA – Focused Concentration.
  • DHYANA – Meditation..
  • SAMADHI – Bliss or Enlightenment.

Chloe’s classes are generally Vinyassa Flow classes but Chloe also likes to include Pranayama (breathing techniques), Yin (long stretching sequences) along with some mediation in her classes. No classes are the same and there is always a theme based on the the seasons or moon phases that Chloe likes to delicately weave into her classes.
